Ingredients

  • Fresh pizza dough – 1 lb. (450 g)
  • Tomato sauce – 1 cup (9.8 oz.)
  • Shredded mozzarella cheese – 1.5 cups (4.3 oz.)
  • Shredded parmesan – 2 tbsp. (10 g)
  • Olive oil – 2 tbsp. (30 mL)

Procedure

  1. Preheat pizza stone inside of the JET for at least 15 minutes.
  2. Roll out pizza dough so that it measures 14” (35 cm) across.
  3. Spoon and spread tomato sauce on top of the dough.
  4. Sprinkle and spread shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the sauce evenly.
  5. Sprinkle shredded parmesan on top of the mozzarella cheese.
  6. Drizzle olive oil on top of the pizza.
  7. Use flour or cornmeal to sprinkle on the pizza peel for easy transfer onto pizza stone in JET.
  8. Heat at the recommended settings.
  9. Remove pizza with pizza peel after cook cycle.
  10. Serve immediately.
